PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint for structural material connection and a structural material connection structure which are easy to be assembled and have high rigidity.SOLUTION: A joint for structural material connection and a structural material connection structure include a joint body for structural material connection, a lower vertical structural material engaging part which protrudes downward from the joint body for structural material connection and is engaged with a lower vertical structural material, and a horizontal structural material engaging part which protrudes horizontally from the joint body for structural material connection and is engaged with a horizontal structural material.
