FOUNDATION STRUCTURE OF HORIZONTALLY REPAIRABLE BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure of a horizontally repairable building, easily horizontally repairable, even when inclined by liquefaction and ground subsidence in an earthquake.SOLUTION: A foundation structure is constituted of a pressure-proof plate 1 formed under the ground surface and an underground beam 2 of a building 5 formed on the pressure-proof plate 1. An insulation material 7 is interposed between the pressure-proof plate 1 and the underground beam 2, so that both of the pressure-proof plate 1 and the underground beam 2 are structurally cut off. A jack installing pit 8 is formed in a position where the pressure-proof plate 1 contacts with a bottom surface part of the underground beam 2. The inclined underground beam 2 is constituted so as to be horizontally repairable by pushing up, with the pressure-proof plate 1 as a reaction receiver of jack-up, together with the pressure-proof plate 1 by a jack A installed in the jack installing pit 8. The jack installing pit 8 is formed in a plurality at an interval in the axial direction of the underground beam 2. A repair method of making a cantilever underground beam 2a for the jack jumped out of an outer wall 4, is also the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】地震時の液状化や地盤沈下などで傾いたときでも、容易に水平修復できるようにした水平修復可能な建物の基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】地盤面下に形成された耐圧版1と当該耐圧版1の上に形成され建物5の地中梁2とから構成する。耐圧版1と地中梁2との間に絶縁材7を介在することにより、耐圧版1と地中梁2の両者を構造的に切り離す。耐圧版1の、地中梁2の底面部と接する位置にジャッキ設置用ピット8を形成する。ジャッキ設置用ピット8内に設置されたジャッキAによって耐圧版1と共に傾いた地中梁2を耐圧版1をジャッキアップの反力受けにして押し上げて水平に修復できるように構成する。ジャッキ設置用ピット8は、地中梁2の軸方向に間隔をおいて複数形成する。外壁4より飛び出したジャッキ用片持ち地中梁2aを作っての修復方法も同様である。【選択図】 図4
