SOCKET FOR MAINTENANCE FOR BRIDGE-SUSPENDING CABLE PROTECTIVE PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket for maintenance for a bridge-suspending cable protective pipe which improves rigidity in a coupling state, facilitates construction and is capable of effectively suppressing deterioration of a cable protective pipe that is a steel pipe.SOLUTION: A socket 1 for maintenance is formed from a pair of halved pipes 2. The halved pipe 2 is formed by providing a rib-shaped abutment part 4 in an outer circumference of an intermediate portion of a halved cylinder part 3 that is obtained by dividing a cylinder into two. When coupling the halved pipes 2 with each other, joint parts at both edges extending in a pipe axis direction of the halved cylinder parts 3 are joined with each other. In the halved pipe 2, an engaging projection 5 extending in the pipe axis direction is formed in one of the joint parts at both edges of the halved cylinder part 3, and an engaging groove 6 extending in the pipe axis direction is formed in the other joint part. When the halved pipes 2 are abutted to each other, the engaging projection 5 is fitted into the engaging groove 6, and the halved cylinder parts 3 are joined with each other. The abutment part 4 is formed by adhering a partial annular material which is a separate body from the halved cylinder part 3 and formed from a more flexible elastic body than the halved cylinder part 3, to an outer circumference of the halved cylinder part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】結合状態での剛性に優れ、施工が容易で、鋼管であるケーブル保護管の劣化を効果的に抑制できる橋梁添架ケーブル保護管の補修用ソケットを提供する。【解決手段】一対の半割管2から構成され、半割管2は、円筒を二分割した半割筒部3の中間部外周にリブ状の突当部4が設けられた形状とされ、半割管2同士の結合に際し、半割筒部3の管軸方向へ延びる両端縁の継目部同士が継ぎ合わされる補修用ソケット1において、半割管2には、半割筒部3の両端縁の継目部のうち、一方の継目部に管軸方向へ延びる係合突条5を形成すると共に、他方の継目部に管軸方向へ延びる係合溝6を形成し、半割管2同士を突き合わせると、係合突条5が係合溝6に嵌入されて、半割筒部3同士が継ぎ合わされるものとし、突当部4は、半割筒部3と別体で半割筒部3より柔軟な弾性体から成る部分環材を、それぞれ半割筒部3の外周に接着して形成されるものとする。【選択図】図1
