BEARING WALL WITH DAMPER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing wall with a damper that allows a diagonal member to be connected to a column by a tensioning joint instead of a sliding joint, and an erection adjustment to be made at a low position safely and easily.SOLUTION: A diagonal member 24 having an upper end connected to one of a pair of columns 21, 21, and a damper 1 projecting inward in a wall width direction from a lower part of the other column 21, are provided. An erected member 5 is raised from a projection end of the damper 1, and a connecting member 6 on the damper side is disposed on an upper edge of the erected member 5, the connecting member on the damper side being in an inclined attitude and having a top surface orthogonal to an axial center of the diagonal member. A connecting member 7 on the diagonal member side is disposed at a lower end of the diagonal member 24, in an inclined attitude with an undersurface orthogonal to the axial center of the diagonal member, and the undersurface being overlapped on the top surface of the connecting member 6 on the damper side directly or with a liner in between. The connecting member 6 on the damper side and the connecting member 7 on the diagonal member side are connected by a mutually tensioning joint with bolts 10, 11 inserted in a direction of the axial center of the diagonal member, over the two connecting members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 柱に対して斜材を滑り接合とならずに引っ張り接合形式で接合でき、かつ建ち調整を低位置で安全かつ容易に行うことができるダンパー付き耐力壁を提供する。【解決手段】 一対の柱21,21のうちの一方に上端が接合された斜材24と、他方の柱21の下部から壁幅方向の内側に突出するダンパー1とを備える。ダンパー1の突出端から立部材5を立ち上げ、立部材5の上端に、上面が斜材軸心に対して垂直となる傾き姿勢のダンパー側接合部材6を設ける。斜材24の下端に、下面が斜材軸心に対して垂直となる傾き姿勢で、下面がダンパー側接合板部材6の上面に直接にまたはライナーを介して重なる斜材側接合部材7を設ける。ダンパー側接合部材6と斜材側接合部材7とは、これら両接合部材に亘り斜材軸心に沿う方向に挿通されるボルト10,11により、相互に引っ張り接合形式で接合する。【選択図】 図3
