INORGANIC FIBROUS HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL BLOCK, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND FURNACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fibrous heat insulation material block having high barrier property to a gas component such as steam, excellent in heat performance, and also excellent in mechanical and heat shock property, and provide a manufacturing method thereof and a furnace including an inorganic fibrous molding body.SOLUTION: An inorganic fibrous heat insulation material block 4 used in lining construction of an in-furnace heated surface has at least a first inorganic fiber aggregate layer 1 and a second inorganic fiber aggregate layer 2, and a gas barrier layer 3 provided therebetween. The inorganic fibrous heat insulation block 4 is subjected to lining on a furnace body inner surface so that the gas barrier layer 3 of the first inorganic fiber aggregate layer 1 and a surface on an opposite side are arranged so as to face toward the inside of a furnace.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水蒸気などのガス成分に対し高バリア性を有していると共に、耐熱性に優れ、また機械的および熱衝撃性に優れた無機繊維質断熱材ブロックと、その製造方法と、この無機繊維成形体を備えた炉を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】炉内被加熱面のライニング施工に用いられる無機繊維質断熱材ブロック4であって、少なくとも第1の無機繊維集合体層1、第2の無機繊維集合体層2及びそれらの間に設けられたガスバリア層3を有する。該第1の無機繊維集合体層1のガスバリア層3と反対側の面が炉内に向けて配置されるように無機繊維質断熱材ブロック1が炉体内面にライニングされる。【選択図】図1
