DECORATIVE SHEET AND DECORATIVE PLATE USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which suppresses residual air bubbles between a decorative sheet and a chip board in preparing a decorative plate by bonding a decorative sheet to a chip board in which a decorative plate exhibits good impact resistance, wear resistance and walking feeling.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet 1 in which at least a transparent resin layer 4 and an ionizing radiation-curable transparent surface protective layer 5 are laminated in this order on a transparent substrate layer 2, where (1) the transparent substrate layer 2 and the transparent resin layer 4 contain a polyolefin resin, (2) the transparent substrate layer 2 has a layer thickness of 10 to 250 μm and a Martens hardness of 60 N/mmor less, (3) the transparent resin layer 4 has a Martens hardness of 100 N/mmor less, which is higher than the Martens hardness of the transparent substrate layer 2 and (4) the total layer thickness of the transparent substrate layer 2 and the transparent resin layer 4 is 100 to 420 μm. The decorative sheet 1 further has a picture pattern layer 3 between the transparent substrate layer 2 and the transparent resin layer 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】化粧シートをチップボードに貼り合わせて化粧板を作製する際に、化粧シートとチップボードとの間の気泡の残存が抑制され、化粧板が良好な耐衝撃性、耐磨耗性及び歩行感を発揮する化粧シートの提供。【解決手段】透明性基材層２上に、少なくとも透明性樹脂層４及び電離放射線硬化型透明性表面保護層５が順に積層されている化粧シート１で、（1）透明性基材層２及び透明性樹脂層４は、共にポリオレフィン樹脂を含有し、（2）透明性基材層２は、層厚が10〜250μmで、且つ、マルテンス硬さが60N/mm2以下であり、（3）透明性樹脂層４は、マルテンス硬さが100N/mm2以下で、且つ、透明性基材層２のマルテンス硬さより硬く、（4）透明性基材層２と透明性樹脂層４との層厚の合計が100〜420μmである化粧シート１。透明性基材層２と透明性樹脂層４の間絵柄模様層３を更に有する化粧シート１。【選択図】図１
