ROTATION SUPPRESSION STRUCTURE OF PILE JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation suppression structure of a pile joint capable of surely suppressing a necessary value of more of relative rotation between a first pile and a second pile, by avoiding shear force in acting on a connection pin from a key member, and avoiding torque in locally acting on the key member.SOLUTION: A rotation suppression structure comprises a key groove part 2 continuously formed on a side surface of an upper end part 6a of a first pile 6 and a side surface of a lower end part 7a of a second pile 7, and a key member 5 fitted in the key groove party 2, in a state of linking the upper end part 6a of the first pile 6 and the lower end part 7a of the second pile 7, and the key groove part 2 comprises a first groove 3 and a second groove 4, and the first groove 3 and the second groove 4 comprise contact point parts 31, 35, 41 and 45 for rotating the key member 5 while contacting with one point of side edges 51 and 52 of the key member 5 by predetermined relative rotation between the first pile 6 and the second pile 7 and contact side parts 32, 33, 36, 37, 42, 43, 46 and 47 for contacting the side edges 51 and 52 of the key member 5 in the predetermined length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】連結ピンにキー部材からせん断力が作用することを回避するとともに、回転力がキー部材に局所的に作用することを回避して、第1杭と第2杭との必要以上の相対回転を確実に抑止することのできる杭継手の回転抑止構造を提供する。【解決手段】第1杭6の上端部6aと第2杭7の下端部7aとを連接させた状態で、第1杭6の上端部6aの側面と第2杭7の下端部7aの側面とに連続して形成されるキー溝部2と、キー溝部2に嵌入されるキー部材5とを備え、キー溝部2は、第1溝3と第2溝4とを有し、第1溝3及び第2溝4は、第1杭6と第2杭7との所定の相対回転によって、キー部材5の側辺51、52の一点と接触しながらキー部材5を回転させる接触点部31、35、41、45と、キー部材5の側辺51、52が所定の長さで接触する接触辺部32、33、36、37、42、43、46、47とを有する。【選択図】図2
