PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster preventive structure with both fireproof and waterproof properties.SOLUTION: A disaster preventive structure comprises: waterproof plates 5A,5C, which are installed at both sides of a partition wall 2 in order to cover an opening 3 excluding a part penetrated by a long body 1; a waterproof coating sealant 7, which covers a boundary between the waterproof plates 5A,5C and the partition wall 2 as well as a boundary between the waterproof plates 5A,5C and the long body external surface; a waterproof pouring-type sealant 6, which fills the inside of the long body 1 in order to cover the opening 3 of the partition wall 2 along with the waterproof plates 5A,5C and the waterproof coating sealant 7; fireproof plates 8A,8B, which are installed to cover the opening 3 excluding the part penetrated by the long body 1 between the waterproof plates 5A,5C; and a fireproof material 9, which fills the inside of the long body 1 in order to block the opening 3 with the fireproof plates 8A,8B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 防火、防水両方の性能を兼備した防災措置構造の提供。【解決手段】 防災措置構造は、仕切り壁２の両側に、長尺体１による貫通部分を除き開口部３を覆うように設置される防水板５Ａ、５Ｃと、防水板５Ａ、５Ｃと仕切り壁２の外表面との境界部、および防水板５Ａ、５Ｃと長尺体外表面との境界部を被覆する防水用塗布シーリング材７と、防水板５Ａ、５Ｃと防水用塗布シーリング材７と共に、仕切り壁２の開口部３を覆うように、長尺体１の内部に充填する防水用流し込み用シーリング材６と、防水板５Ａ、５Ｃとの間に、長尺体１の貫通する部分を除き、開口部３を覆うように設置される防火板８Ａ、８Ｂと、防火板８Ａ、８Ｂとで開口部３を閉塞するように、長尺体１の内部に充填する防火材９とを備える。【選択図】図１
