PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber bearing made of a polychloroprene composition with improved ozone proofness.SOLUTION: A rubber bearing has: a laminate in which a soft layer with rubber elasticity and a hard layer with rigidity are alternately overlaid multiple times; and a coating layer to coat an outer peripheral end part of the laminate. The soft layer is made of a rubber composition containing polychloroprene. The coating layer is made of a blend rubber composition containing 30-95 parts by mass of polychloroprene and 70-5 parts by mass of elastomer excluding polychloroprene. The soft layer is desirably made of the rubber composition containing the 50-95 parts by mass of polychloroprene and 50-5 parts by mass of elastomer excluding polychloroprene relative to total 100 parts by mass of the polychloroprene and the elastomer excluding polychloroprene. The laminate and the coating layer are desirably bonded through cure adhesion or an adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ポリクロロプレン組成物を用いて形成した、耐オゾン性を向上させたゴム支承を提供する。【解決手段】ゴム弾性を有する軟質層と剛性を有する硬質層とを交互に複数積層した積層体と、該積層体の外周端部を被覆する被覆層を備えたゴム支承であって、前記軟質層がポリクロロプレンを有するゴム組成物からなり、前記被覆層がポリクロロプレン３０〜９５質量部とポリクロロプレン以外のエラストマー７０〜５質量部とを有するブレンドゴム組成物からなるゴム支承。前記軟質層は、前記ポリクロロプレンとポリクロロプレン以外のエラストマーの合計１００質量部あたり、前記ポリクロロプレン５０〜９５質量部と前記ポリクロロプレン以外のエラストマー５０〜５質量部とを有するゴム組成物からなるものであることが好ましく、前記積層体と前記被覆層は、加硫接着又は接着剤を介して接着されているものであることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
