PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen door manufacturing apparatus capable of reliably pressing a rope even into starting and terminal ends of a fixing groove, and a screen door manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A screen door manufacturing apparatus 1 fixes a net 3 to a fitting 2 by placing the frame-like fitting 2 on a table 10 and pressing a rope 5 with the net 3 in between into fixing grooves formed on the four sides of the fitting 2. The screen door manufacturing apparatus includes a press-in roller capable of pressing the rope 5 into an intermediate part of the fixing groove, and a push-in block capable of inserting the rope 5 into the starting and terminal ends of the fixing groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】固定溝の始端および終端でもロープを確実に圧入できる網戸製造装置および網戸製造方法の提供。【解決手段】テーブル１０の上に枠状の建具２を載置し、建具２の四辺に形成された固定溝に、ネット３を挟んでロープ５を圧入することで、ネット３を建具２に固定する網戸製造装置１である。固定溝の中間部にロープ５を押込み可能な押込みローラと、固定溝の始端および終端にロープ５を挿入可能な押込みブロックと、を有する。【選択図】図１
