PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate labor for installation and inhibit generation of greatest static frictional force between contacting surfaces of a screw support part of a first member and a screw member.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet fixture includes a first member P1 fixed on a waterproof substrate 1 while being inserted into a heat insulation member 14, and a second member P2 connected to a top edge part of the first member P1, to be rotatable relatively around a shaft core X orthogonal to the waterproof substrate 1, the second member being disposed along a top surface of the heat insulation member 14 and having a waterproof sheet 2 fixed thereon. The first member P1 comprises a tubular member 18 into which a screw member 3 may be inserted for fixing the first member P1 to the waterproof substrate 1. A screw support part 4 is disposed at a lower edge part inside the tube of the first member P1, the screw support part receiving a widened head part 3a of the screw member 3 to be rotatable around the screw shaft core X. The first member P1 advances into the heat insulation member 14 as the screw member 3 inserted into the tube of the first member P1 is screwed, and is provided with co-rotation preventing means that prevents co-rotation of the first member P1 and the screw member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
