PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall panel and a joint structure for an exterior wall that give a sharp impression while ensuring waterproof performance.SOLUTION: An exterior wall panel 11 includes: a first side surface 131 disposed on an edge part of the exterior wall panel 11, being perpendicular to a front surface 12 of the exterior wall panel 11; a first bottom surface 111 bending perpendicularly from an edge C1 of the first side surface 131 on a front surface side toward a center of the exterior wall panel 11, being in parallel to the surface of the exterior panel 11; a second side surface 132 curved or bent in a convex form from an inner edge C2 of the first bottom surface 111 toward a front surface, with a tangent line at an edge on the front surface side inclined upward when seen in a cross-section view; and a third side surface 133 extending from an edge E2 on a front surface side of the second side surface 132 to an edge E1 of the exterior wall panel 11, the edge E2 on the front surface side of the second side surface 132 being formed as an internal angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
