PILE REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE FOR EXISTING BUILDING, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR THE PILE REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile reinforcement structure for an existing building and a construction method for the pile reinforcement structure that eliminate a need to install a new footing, simplify the pile reinforcement work for an existing building and curtail the construction period, while preventing reduction of the building space and suppressing horizontal seismic force exerted on a pile head of an additional pile and therefore reducing the pile diameter, and consequently reducing the reinforcement work cost significantly.SOLUTION: A pile reinforcement structure for an existing building comprises an open hole through a footing beam or a footing slab of the existing building, and a pile head connecting member connected to a pile head of a press-in pile additionally installed that pierces through the open hole and fixed on the footing beam or the footing slab by an anchor installed after concrete curing. A gap is formed to allow horizontal displacement of the pile head between an outer peripheral surface of the pile head of the press-in pile located inside the open hole and a wall surface of the open hole, and the additionally installed press-in pile is connected semi-rigidly with the footing beam or the footing slab of the existing building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】新たにフーチングを構築することを不要とし、既存建物の杭基礎補強工事を簡易なものとして工事期間を短期化するとともに建物空間の減少を防止すること、ならびに、増設杭の杭頭に作用する地震水平力を抑えて杭径を小さくすることにより補強工事コストを大幅に削減することが可能な既存建物の杭補強構造およびその構築方法を提供すること。【解決手段】既存建物の基礎梁または基礎スラブに穿設された貫通孔と、該貫通孔を貫通して増設された圧入杭の杭頭に接合され後施工アンカーにより前記基礎梁または基礎スラブに固着された杭頭連結材と、から構成された既存建物の杭補強構造において、前記貫通孔内に位置する圧入杭の杭頭部外周面と前記貫通孔壁面との間には杭頭部の水平変位を許容する間隙が形成されて前記増設された圧入杭と前記既存建物の基礎梁または基礎スラブとが半剛接合されている。【選択図】図1
