BAG BODY FOR FORMING FILLING LAYER OF SLAB-TYPE TRACK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of work for installing a filling layer in a gap between an outer peripheral surface of a protrusion of roadbed concrete and an inner peripheral surface of a recess in a track slab, when constructing a slab-type track.SOLUTION: Core bodies 46, 48 are sewn on a bag body 42 of a sealed structure and made of non-woven cloth, so that the bag body 42 stands in a self-supported manner while maintaining a sewn form, the bag body being sewn to form a sealed chamber 41 of almost a same shape as a spatial form of a gap 15, and having a filling port 45 for a filler material formed to communicate with the sealed chamber 41. The core body 48 is installed in an X-form along surfaces 42E, 42F of the bag body 42, opposite an outer peripheral surface of a protrusion 13 or an inner peripheral surface of a recess 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】スラブ式軌道の施工において、路盤コンクリートの突起部の外周面と軌道スラブの凹部の内周面との間にできる間隙部に填充層を設ける作業を作業性よく行えるようにすること。【解決手段】間隙部15の空間形状と略同形状の密閉室41を構成するように縫製され、密閉室41に連通する填充材充填口45を有する不織布による密閉構造の袋本体42に、袋本体42が縫製形状を保って自立するように芯体46、48が縫い付けられている。芯体48は、袋本体42の面42E,42Fに、突起部13の外周面または凹部11の内周面に対向してX状に設けられる。【選択図】図2
