FISH BONE ASH FOR BONE CHINA AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fish bone ash for bone china which effectively uses bone of fish which is a waste after the fish has been treated, can be produced by a frit-free glaze preparation method that is the same as a conventional porcelain method, and is used as a raw material of the bone china; and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing fish bone ash for bone china being produced from bone of fish sequentially includes: a step of selecting bone from fish waste; a step of boiling the selected bone with hot water containing enzyme having protein decomposition capability, and separating meat from the bone; a step of separating ligament and tendon from the bone by boiling the bone with an NaOH solution or subjecting the bone to high-pressure and high-temperature treatment, and neutralizing the bone with HCl; a step of washing the bone with water, and drying the bone; a step of firing and ashing the dried bone; and a step of pulverizing the fired and ashed bone into powder.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】魚を処理した後の廃棄物である魚の骨を有効利用して、従来の磁器製法と同じフリットなしの釉薬調合法で製造できるボーンチャイナの原料となるボーンチャイナ用魚骨灰及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】魚の骨から製造されたボーンチャイナ用魚骨灰で、魚アラから骨を選別する工程、選別された骨をたんぱく分解能を持った酵素が入った湯で煮て、骨から身を分離する工程、NaOH溶液で煮沸又は高圧高温処理して靱や腱を分離し、HClで中和する工程、水で洗浄し、乾燥する工程、乾燥させた骨を焼成灰化する工程、焼成灰化した骨を粉砕して粉にする工程、で順次処理してボーンチャイナ用魚骨灰を製造する方法。【選択図】なし
