PILE HEAD REINFORCEMENT MEMBER WITH BEARING PRESSURE RESISTING METAL FITTING, AND PILE HEAD CONNECTION STRUCTURE USING PILE HEAD REINFORCEMENT MEMBER WITH BEARING PRESSURE RESISTING METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head connection method that enhances pile head bending strength by widening a diameter of arrangement of the pile head reinforcing bar that is in demand with a method to resist bending moment at a pile head by mainly reinforcing a pile head by welding a pile head reinforcing bar to a steel pipe of the pile head, without ever arousing local destruction of the steel pipe wall at a welded part between the pile head steel tube and the pile head reinforcing bar, where eccentric bending moment is exerted that enlarges as the diameter is widened.SOLUTION: A bearing pressure resisting metal fitting 1 is integrated at an end of a pile head reinforcing bar, the bearing pressure resisting metal fitting comprising a bearing pressure member 2 that resists eccentric bending moment with bearing strength of concrete, and a connecting member 3 welded to a pile head steel pipe 11 so as to widen a diameter of arrangement of the pile head reinforcing bar. The pile head reinforcing member with the bearing pressure resisting metal fitting prevents local destruction of the steel pipe wall, because the diameter of arrangement of the pile head reinforcing bar is widened by the connecting member 3, and the bearing pressure member 2 withstands the eccentric bending moment with the bearing strength of concrete and prevents the eccentric bending moment from being exerted on a welded part 5 between the pile head steel pipe 11 and the connecting member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】主として杭頭補強筋を杭頭の鋼管に溶接して補強する事により杭頭曲げモーメントに抵抗する方法において、杭頭補強筋の配置径を拡径して、杭頭曲げ強度を高める杭頭接合工法が求められている。但し、杭頭補強筋の配置径を拡径する杭頭接合工法には、拡径に伴い増大した偏心曲げモーメントが作用する杭頭鋼管と杭頭補強筋等の溶接部に、鋼管壁の局部破壊などを生じないようにすることが不可欠である。【解決手段】杭頭補強筋の端部に、コンクリートの支圧強度で偏心曲げモーメントに抵抗する支圧部材2と杭頭補強筋の配置径を拡径するように杭頭鋼管11に溶接する接合部材3で構成する支圧抵抗金具1を一体化した。この支圧抵抗金具付き杭頭補強材は、杭頭補強筋の配置径を接合部材3で拡径すると共に偏心曲げモーメントを支圧部材2が支圧抵抗で杭頭鋼管11と接合部材3の溶接部5に作用させない為、鋼管壁の局部破壊などを防止する。【選択図】図3
