PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator installation method to an existing collective housing capable of reducing the cost and the scale of modification work on the existing housing.SOLUTION: In the elevator installation method to an existing collective housing, a common corridor is formed inside the collective housing, and only an elevator landing which communicates with the common corridor and an elevator chamber are additionally constructed outside the collective housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-A
【課題】本発明は、既設集合住宅へのエレベーター設置工法に関し、従来の既設集合住宅へのエレベーター設置工法において、コストが割高になっている点と、既存棟の改修工事の規模をできるだけ抑制することが課題であって、それを解決することである。【解決手段】既設の集合住宅にエレベーターを設置する工法において、前記集合住宅の内部に共用廊下を形成し、当該共用廊下に連通するエレベーター用踊場及びエレベーター室のみを、前記集合住宅の外部に増築した既設集合住宅へのエレベーター設置工法とする。【選択図】図１−Ａ
