METHOD FOR FORMING ROAD SURFACE SIGN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a road surface sign in which an aggregate for slip resistance is less likely to become detached from an installed sign sheet so as to maintain an excellent skid-proof capacity.SOLUTION: A method for forming a road surface sign which uses a sign sheet to be installed by being stuck to an installation surface comprises: a sign step of sticking a sign sheet to an installation surface; a coating step of applying a liquid fixing material to the top face of the sign sheet stuck to the installation surface and forming a fixing material layer including an aggregate; and a solidification step of solidifying the fixing material layer so as to fix the aggregate to the top face of the sign sheet. The method does not create a deformation of the fixing material layer due to a deformation such as bending of a sign sheet occurring in the step before completion of the sign step, and an aggregate included in the fixing material layer is less likely to become detached from the sign sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】設置させた標示シートから滑り止めのための骨材が脱離しにくく、良好な防滑性が維持できる路面標示の形成方法を提供する。【解決手段】設置面へ貼着させて設置する標示シートを用いる路面標示の形成方法であって、標示シートを設置面へ貼着させる標示工程と、設置面へ貼着させた前記標示シートの上面に液状の固定材を塗着させて骨材を含有する固定材層を形成する塗着工程と、前記固定材層を固化させて前記骨材を標示シートの上面に固定させる固化工程とを備えさせる。前記標示工程の完了前の段階で生じる標示シートの撓みなどの変形を要因とする固定材層の変形が生じることがなく、固定材層に含有される骨材が標示シートから脱離しにくくなされる。【選択図】 図3
