PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member that reduces a wind noise with a simple structure, a wind noise reduction structure, and a handrail provided with the same.SOLUTION: A cover member is fitted on at least one edge surface part of a structure body having a side surface part and the edge surface part, the cover member being for changing a wind flow, and includes a fitting part to be fitted on the structure body, and a front surface part exposed outside after being fitted on the structure body. A curved surface having a convex part facing outside is formed at least on a part of the front surface part. When the cover member is fitted on the structure body, an angle α satisfies the following equation (1-1), the angle being formed on the front surface part side between a tangent line at an edge of the front surface part and a side surface part of the structure body adjacent to the edge part of the front surface part. 0°≤α<90° (1-1)SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
