PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolation structure of a simple configuration for readily base-isolating a house.SOLUTION: A base-isolation structure of a house H is installed on a ground G, and includes a foundation 11 having a foundation rising part 11a, an anchor bolt 14 having a leg part 14b embedded in the foundation rising part 11a, a sill 12 mounted on the foundation rising part 11a, a plurality of columns 13 erected on the sill 12, a cross-linking material 13a fitted between the plurality of columns 13, and a drum-shaped base-isolation member 15 fixed on the cross-linking material 13a and on a head part 14a of the anchor bolt 14 roughly at a center of the base-isolation member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡易な構成で、家屋を容易に免震化することが可能な家屋の免震構造を提供する。【解決手段】家屋Ｈの免震構造は、地盤Ｇに設置され、基礎立ち上がり部１１ａを有する基礎１１と、基礎立ち上がり部１１ａに埋設された脚部１４ｂを有するアンカーボルト１４と、基礎立ち上がり部１１ａに載置された土台１２と、土台１２上に構築された複数の柱１３と、複数の柱１３の間に取り付けられた架橋材１３ａと、架橋材１３ａに固定され、略中央でアンカーボルト１４の頭部１４ａに固定されたつづみ形の免震部材１５と、を備える。【選択図】図２
