PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment system that allows users to easily and safely adjust an account with a portable terminal without being tied down by an adjustment machine.SOLUTION: The adjustment system includes: an adjustment area 1005 set corresponding to an actual adjustment destination for a service offered by a bicycle parking and/or car parking facility; positioning means for positioning the self-position of a terminal device 1009; presence determination means for determining whether the self-position is in the adjustment area; and adjustment environment offering means for creating an adjustment operation screen to which adjustment instruction information on the actual adjustment destination is to be input based on the result of the presence determination and attaining an adjustment environment with the portable terminal 1009.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
