COATING COMPOSITION FOR ROAD SURFACE SIGN AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for road surface sign excellent in durability and long lasting of reflection effect by glass bead and capable of being suitably applied to construction in an environment without using fire by a general purpose construction machine for melting type coating and a construction method of a road surface sign using the same.SOLUTION: A coating composition for road surface sign consisting of an emulsion-based water base paint by blending calcium carbonate granule having particle diameter of 100 to 2000 μm, silica sand, silica rock or ceramic granule of 30 to 60 wt.% is applied by a slitter type construction machine, dried at room temperature to construct a road surface sing having coating thickness after drying of 0.5 to 2.0 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】耐久性及びガラスビーズによる反射効果の持続性に優れ、汎用の溶融型塗料用施工機により、火気を使用することができない環境での施工にも好適に適用することができる路面標示用塗料組成物及びこれを用いた路面標示の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】粒径100〜2000μmの炭酸カルシウム顆粒、珪砂、珪石又はセラミックス顆粒が30〜60重量%配合されているエマルジョン系水性塗料からなる路面標示用塗料組成物をスリッター式施工機にて塗布し、常温乾燥し、乾燥後の塗膜厚さが0.5〜2.0mmの路面標示を施工する。【選択図】なし
