RAIN GUTTER STRUCTURE OF SEISMIC ISOLATION BUILDING AND DOWN-PIPE SUPPORT USED THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain gutter structure of a seismic isolation building, which can avoid unstable placement of a drain pipe even if a foundation of the seismic isolation building is high and can easily correct a down-pipe position in a vertical direction after an earthquake settles down even if a displacement occurs between a foundation and a building body.SOLUTION: A rain gutter structure of a seismic isolation building comprises: a seismic isolation building 1 in which a building body 11 is placed on a foundation 10 on the ground with a seismic isolation device 2 between the building body and the foundation; a down-pipe 3 disposed along an outer wall of the seismic isolation building 1 in the vertical direction; and a drain pipe 4, which is disposed near a lower end of the down-pipe 3 and receives a rain water from the down-pipe 3. A down-pipe support 5 capable of positioning the down-pipe 3 in a horizontal direction is installed to the seismic isolation building 1 and the down-pipe 3 is supported by the down-pipe support 5. Even if a displacement occurs between the foundation 10 and the building body 11 of the seismic isolation building 1, the position of the down-pipe 3 can be easily corrected in the vertical direction by positioning the down-pipe 3 by the down-pipe support 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】免震建物の基礎が高い場合でも、排水管が不安定になることはなく、基礎と建物本体との間にズレが生じたとしても、地震収束後に、竪樋の位置を容易に鉛直方向に修正することのできる免震建物の雨樋構造を提供する。【解決手段】地面に設けられた基礎10に免震装置2を介して建物本体11を載設した免震建物1と、免震建物1の外壁に沿って鉛直方向に配設される竪樋3と、竪樋3の下端部近傍に設置されて竪樋3からの雨水を受ける排水管4と、を備える免震建物の雨樋構造において、上記免震建物1に、竪樋3の水平方向の位置調整が可能な竪樋支持具5を設け、該竪樋支持具5に竪樋3を支持させた構成とする。免震建物1の基礎10と建物本体11との間にズレが生じたとしても、竪樋支持具5により竪樋3の位置調整をすることで、竪樋3を容易に鉛直方向へ修正することができる。【選択図】図1
