OUTER WALL VENTILATION STRUCTURE, UNDER-COPING VENTILATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR OUTER WALL VENTILATION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall ventilation structure, an under-coping ventilation structure and a construction method for the outer wall ventilation structure which increase a degree of freedom of construction while securing waterproof property of a space between a ventilation member and a side wall of a wall body.SOLUTION: An under-coping ventilation structure comprises: a ventilation member 20 which is installed at an opening 13a of an outer wall base material 13 and allows a space between a hollow section 19 of a wall body and a ventilation layer 14 to be ventilated; and a waterproof sheet 22 which is laid on an area from a lower section of an outer surface of the outer wall base material 13 to a position where the ventilation member 20 is installed. The ventilation member 20 has: a back surface member 30 which is installed at a side of the hollow section 19 and has a U shape in a vertical cross sectional view; and a front surface member 40 which is installed at the side of the ventilation layer 14 and has an inverted U shape in the vertical cross sectional view with a size thereof slightly smaller than the U shape of the back surface member 30. The front surface member 40 is fitted into the back surface member 30 with an upper section of the waterproof sheet 22 wedged between a lower edge side section 34 of the back surface member 30 and the lower edge side section 44 of the front surface member 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】通気部材と壁体の側壁の間の防水性を確保しつつ、施工の自由度を向上させる外壁通気構造体、笠木下通気構造体及び外壁通気構造体の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】笠木下通気構造体において、外壁下地材13の開口13aに設けられ、壁体の中空部19と通気層14との間の通気を可能とする通気部材20と、外壁下地材13の外面下方から通気部材20が設けられる位置にかけて張設される防水シート22とを備える。通気部材20は、中空部19側に設けられ、垂直方向の断面視においてコの字形状を有する背面部材30と、通気層14側に設けられ、垂直方向の断面視において逆コの字形状を有し、背面部材30のコの字形状よりも一回り小さい正面部材40とを備える。又、背面部材30に正面部材40が嵌め込まれ、防水シート22の上方部分が、背面部材30の下方端辺部34と、正面部材40の下方端辺部44との間に挟み込まれる。【選択図】 図2
