FOUNDATION STRUCTURE FOR BUILT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure that reduces contact pressure of a built structure on a soft ground.SOLUTION: A foundation structure 1 of a built structure 4 is constructed on a soft ground 2. The built structure 4 is built by forming a recess 3 in the soft ground 2, constructing a mat foundation 5 at a bottom part 3a of the recess 3, and constructing a building 6 on the mat foundation 5. The structure 4 is given buoyancy, by retaining water in the recess 3. A water supply and draining pipe 8 that extends into the recess 3 from a ground on outside is installed, and water is supplied to and drained from the recess 3 with a pump P. An operation part 9 for the pump P is placed inside the building 6, and control means 10 having a water level sensor for detecting a water level inside the recess 3 is also provided. Even when contact pressure on the soft ground 2 in the bottom part 3a from the built structure 4 is excessive, the buoyancy applied on the built structure 4 mitigates the contact pressure and enables the built structure to be supported by the soft ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軟弱地盤に対する構造物の接地圧を低減できるようにした。【解決手段】構造物4の基礎構造1は、軟弱地盤2上に構築される。軟弱地盤2に凹部3を形成し、凹部3の底部3aにべた基礎5を施工し、べた基礎5上に建物6を構築して構造物4を設置した。凹部3内に水を貯留して構造物4に浮力を付与する。外部の地盤から凹部3内に延びる給排水管8を設置し、ポンプPによって水を凹部3内に給排水する。建物6内にポンプPの操作部9を設け、更に凹部3内の水面高さを検知する水位センサーを備えた制御手段10を設けた。底部3aの軟弱地盤2に対して構造物4の接地圧が過大であったとしても構造物4に作用する浮力によって接地圧を低減して軟弱地盤で支持する。【選択図】図1
