PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom unit that offers a high degree of freedom to move a wall material and allows the wall material to be fitted and removed readily, along with a construction method for the bathroom unit.SOLUTION: A bathroom unit 1 of the present invention includes a floor material 11, a frame body 12 having a plurality of frame members 121 erected on a top surface side along an outer periphery of the floor material 11, a ceiling material 13 fitted on the frame body 12, and an inner wall material 16 fitted on an inner side of the frame body 12 between the floor material 11 and the ceiling material 13, to be fitted to and removed from the frame body 12. A top edge part of the inner wall material 16 is installed at a location away from the ceiling material 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】壁材の移動の自由度が高く、かつ、壁材の取り付け及び取り外しを簡単に行うことができる浴室ユニット及び浴室ユニットの施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る浴室ユニット１は、床材１１と、床材１１の外周における上面側に立設される複数のフレーム部材１２１を有するフレーム体１２と、フレーム体１２に取り付けられる天井材１３と、床材１１と天井材１３との間においてフレーム体１２の内側に取り付けられ、フレーム体１２に対して着脱可能な内壁材１６と、を備え、内壁材１６の上端部は、天井材１３から離間して配置される。【選択図】図２
