PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a river facility inspection apparatus configured to prompt inspection staff to inspect a river facility, such as a dam gate, reliably, and to transmit a result of inspection to a management server via a radio communication line, and a river facility inspection program.SOLUTION: A river facility inspection apparatus includes: inspection management information acquisition means 21 that stores inspection management information including an inspection guide for instructing the contents of inspection and an acceptance criterion; inspection result storage means 30 which stores inspection result information; inspection guide means 41 which displays inspection guide information and prompts a user to select an inspection item; inspection result input means 42 which stores a result of inspection as inspection result information; inspection result determination means 51 which determines whether the result is acceptable or not on the basis of the acceptance criterion, and prompts the user to perform confirmation operation when it is not acceptable; certificate image acquisition means 61 which stores certificate image formed by imaging an inspection implementation state, as inspection result information; and inspection result information transmission means 22 which monitors whether communication can be established with a management server 9, and transmits the inspection result information when the communication can be established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
