PIPELINE INTERIOR IMAGING VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline interior imaging vehicle which has a simple structure and superior ability to be collected when forward movement thereof is interfered by an obstruction.SOLUTION: A pipeline interior imaging vehicle 1 comprises: an imaging vehicle body 3; a pair of traveling wheel devices 5 installed on both sides in a width direction of the imaging vehicle body 3; and an imaging device 7 installed at a front edge section of the imaging vehicle body 3. The imaging vehicle body 3 stores: a battery; a pair of DC motors which perform rotary drive of the traveling wheel devices 5 by getting a supply of electric power from the battery; and a card adapter which stores a captured image in a memory card. The pipeline interior imaging vehicle 1 is adapted to perform the rotary drive of the DC motors in a reverse direction by reversing electric current flowing therein with a changeover switch operated after a lapse of predetermined time since an excess current sensor detects electric current not less than a predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構成であって障害物により前進が妨げられたときの回収性に優れる管路内撮影車を提供する。【解決手段】管路内撮影車1を、撮影車本体3と、この撮影車本体3の幅方向両側に取り付けた一対の走行車輪装置5と、撮影車本体3の前端部に設けた撮影装置7と、から構成し、撮影車本体3内に、バッテリと、このバッテリから電力の供給を受けて走行車輪装置5を回転駆動する一対のDCモータと、撮影画像を受け取ってメモリーカードに格納するカードアダプタと、を収容しておく。過剰電流センサが所定値以上の電流を検出してから所定時間経過したときに切替スイッチが作動し、DCモータに流れる電流の向きを逆にしてDCモータを逆方向に回転駆動するように構成する。【選択図】図1
