PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory type parking device capable of further efficient warehousing-delivery processing.SOLUTION: A multistory type parking device comprises a story parking space respectively formed on a plurality of stories, a lift device for moving a parking vehicle in a state of being mounted on a movable tray by being lifted between the doorway and a hatchway of the respective story parking spaces and a tray driving device for moving the movable tray lowered to the hatchway from the lift device in the story parking space, and is also provided with a lift control part 17 for controlling the lift device and a story tray control part 18 capable of moving the movable tray in the respective story parking spaces in parallel with lifting of the lift device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】一層効率的な入出庫処理を可能にした多階式駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数階にそれぞれ形成した階駐車スペースと、出入口と各階駐車スペースの昇降口間で昇降され可動トレーに搭載された状態の駐車車両を移動するリフト装置と、リフト装置から昇降口に降ろした可動トレーを当該階駐車スペース内で移動するトレー駆動装置とを備え、さらにリフト装置を制御するリフト制御部１７と、各階駐車スペース内における可動トレーの移動をリフト装置の昇降と並行して行うことが可能な階トレー制御部１８とを設けた。【選択図】図３
