REPAIR METHOD AND REPAIR STRUCTURE USING REPAIR PANEL FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method and a repair structure using a repair panel for a concrete structure that may be worked readily in a short period of time, without restricting traffic on a main track (traffic lane) during the work, allows the work process to be rationalized, and eliminates a need on re-painting and other maintenance processes.SOLUTION: A repair method using a repair panel for a concrete structure includes the following steps for: chipping a location to be repaired of a concrete structure 1 to be repaired; installing a panel guide 3 having a groove 4 for accommodating a lower edge part of a repair panel 11, along a lower part of the chipped surface of the concrete structure 1; installing a plurality of repair panels 11 side by side by fitting the lower edge part of the panels in the groove 4 of the panel guide 3; injecting mortar 14 between the installed repair panels 11 and the chipped surface of the concrete structure 1; implementing a preventive measure against infiltration of a deteriorating factor into a vertical joint 12 between the installed repair panels 11; and finishing a top edge part of the concrete structure 1 and the repair panels 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】施工が容易で工事期間が短く、作業時に本線（車線）規制が必要なく、施工の合理化が図れ、塗り替え等のメンテナンスが不要となる、修復パネルを用いるコンクリート構造物の補修方法及び補修構造を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】補修対象のコンクリート構造物１の補修すべき個所をはつる工程と、コンクリート構造物１のはつり面の下部に沿って、修復パネル１１の下端部を受け入れる溝４を備えたパネルガイド３を敷設する工程と、複数の修復パネル１１をその下端部をパネルガイド３の溝４内に落とし込んで横並びに立込んでいく工程と、立込んだ修復パネル１１とコンクリート構造物１のはつり面との間にモルタル１４を注入する工程と、立込んだ修復パネル１１間の縦目地１２に内部への劣化因子の進入防止措置を施す工程と、コンクリート構造物１と修復パネル１１の天端部を処理する工程とから成る。【選択図】図２
