COMPACTION ROLLER AND REMOVAL METHOD OF TIRE IN COMPACTION ROLLER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compaction roller having a vibration tire roller which can easily attach and detach an outside tire without arranging a motor support bracket at the outside of the outside tire.SOLUTION: A compaction roller having a vibration tire roller comprises: a vibration generator case 6 which can rotate integrally with an intermediate tire T2; a pair of brackets 9, 10 which pivot the vibration generator case 6 from both sides so as to be turnable, are attached to vehicle body frames 7A, 7B via vibration-proof members 8, and located between the intermediate tire T2 and left and right first/second outside tires T1, T3; a vibration motor 11 attached to the bracket 10; and a pair of traveling motors 14, 15 in which fixed parts 12 are located while being shifted to the intermediate tire T2 at the respective brackets 9, 10, output parts 13 are attached in orientations which are located while being shifted to the first outside tire T1 and the second outside tire T3, and the output parts 13 are connected to the first outside tire T1 and the second outside tire T3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】外側のタイヤの外方にモータ類支持用のブラケットを配することなく、簡単に外側のタイヤを着脱できる振動タイヤローラを有する転圧ローラを提供する。【解決手段】振動タイヤローラを有する転圧ローラにおいて、中間タイヤT2と一体回転可能な起振機ケース6と、起振機ケース6を両側から回転可能に軸支し、それぞれ車体フレーム7A,7Bに防振部材8を介して取り付けられて中間タイヤT2と左右の第1外側タイヤT1、第2外側タイヤT3との間に位置する一対のブラケット9,10と、ブラケット10に取り付けられる振動用モータ11と、各ブラケット9,10にそれぞれ固定部12が中間タイヤT2寄りに位置し出力部13が第1外側タイヤT1、第2外側タイヤT3寄りに位置する向きで取り付けられ、出力部13が第1外側タイヤT1、第2外側タイヤT3に接続される一対の走行用モータ14,15と、を備える。【選択図】図2
