FORMING METHOD OF JOINT BETWEEN CONCRETE PRECAST BLOCKS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint forming method capable of rapidly and simply forming a joint between concrete precast blocks and being used not only for permanent installation but for temporary installation of concrete precast blocks for enabling the blocks to be rapidly transferred and removed without being damaged.SOLUTION: A concave cutout part 3 is formed on both ends or one end of a concrete precast block 1. An insertion material 7 made from an elastic body is projectably attached to a flat part on a periphery or an end periphery surrounding the cutout part 3. The concave cutout part 3 is disposed to face across a small clearance made by the insertion material 7 to the adjacent other concrete precast block so that a central part of the concave cutout matches a central part on the end of the other adjacent concrete precast block 1. A surrounded flexible bag, which has an inner dimension allowing the bag to tightly fit a cutout wall or the flat part of the concave cutout part 3 with an opening on the upper side and a closed bottom, is inserted into the concave cutout part 3 in a state where the inside of the bottom is filled with uncured mortar, and the mortar is additively injected from the opening into the bag until the mortar reaches the upper part of the bag.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】コンクリート製プレキャストブロック間の目地を素早く簡単に形成できると同時に、恒久用以外にもコンクリート製プレキャストブロックを傷めることなく迅速に移設や撤去できる仮設用として使用も可能な目地を形成する方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート製プレキャストブロック1の両端部又はいずれか一方に凹状切欠部3を形成し、その切欠部3の周囲又は端部周囲の平坦部側に弾性体よりなる間挿材7を突出取着し、凹状切欠部3の中心部を隣接する他のコンクリート製プレキャストブロック1の端部の中心部と一致するように間挿材7により小間隙を有して対向配置し、凹状切欠部3に、上方側を開口部とし底側を閉塞した凹状切欠部3の切欠側壁又は平坦部に密着できる内側寸法を有する周囲が囲繞された可撓性袋を、底側内部に未硬化のモルタルを充填した状態で挿入し、開口部より該袋の上方部に至るまでモルタルを追加充填する。【選択図】図2
