PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for purifying the inside of a pipe conduit which makes jamming of the pipe conduit difficult to occur and is deformation-resistant.SOLUTION: An apparatus for purifying the inside of a pipe conduit 100 is designed to be installed within the pipe conduit. The apparatus for purifying the inside of a pipe conduit 100 includes a separator 200, a spacer 600 and a carrier 400 for bearing microorganism. The separator 200 includes a support part and a partition part. The support part has a surface conforming to a part of an inner wall surface of the pipe conduit and has a deletion part 215 provided along an axial direction of the pipe conduit. The partition part separates the inside of the pipe conduit by being stretched between both side edge parts of the support part and has a hole. The spacer 600 includes a closing part 610 for closing the deletion part 215 at least in some parts along the axial direction.
