METHOD OF MOLDING CONCRETE PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of molding a concrete pile that can increase strength of a concrete pile itself.SOLUTION: A method comprises: forming a prepared hole 21 having a larger diameter than a cylindrical hole in soil or a concrete structure; setting a fixation plate 30 having a screw hole 31 formed at a prepared-hole bottom part; setting a cylindrical concrete form 32 having a smaller diameter than the fixation plate in the prepared hole; and installing concrete outside the concrete form; and removing the concrete form after the concrete is hardened so as to form the cylindrical hole 22. Further, the method comprises: inserting a PC steel rod or screw-knotted reinforcing bar into the hole and threadably engaging the reinforcing bar with a screw hole of the fixation plate; and threadably engaging a nut 41 with an upper part of the screw-knotted reinforcing bar across a stopper pressure plate 40 and screwing the nut to make tensile force acts on the screw-knotted reinforcing bar. Furthermore, the method comprises: installing concrete in the cylindrical hole in the state; and loosening the nut after the concrete 51 is hardened; and thus molding the concrete pile in which compressive force acts on the concrete having been solidified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート杭自体の強度をアップできるようにしたコンクリート杭の造形方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤又はコンクリート構造物に筒状の穴よりも大径の下穴21を形成し、ねじ穴31が形成された定着板30を下穴底部にセットするとともに、下穴内に定着板よりも小径の筒状の型枠32をセットし、型枠の外側にコンクリートを打設し、固化後型枠を外して筒状の穴22を形成する。穴内にPC鋼棒又はねじ節鉄筋を差し込んで定着板のねじ穴に螺合させ、ねじ節鉄筋の上部に止圧板40を介してナット41を螺合させナットを螺進させてねじ節鉄筋に引っ張り力を作用させる。その状態で筒状の穴内にコンクリートを打設し、コンクリート51の固化後、ナットを弛め、固化したコンクリートに圧縮力を作用させたコンクリート杭を造形する。【選択図】図1
