SIMPLE REPAIR METHOD AND SIMPLE REPAIR STRUCTURE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE WITHOUT REQUIRING CROSS SECTION REPAIR USING SACRIFICIAL ANODE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple repair method and a simple repair structure for a reinforced concrete, which can prevent reinforcement corrosion of a concrete structure for a long period by a simple repair without requiring a cross section repair using a sacrificial anode material.SOLUTION: A simple repair method for a reinforce concrete structure comprises: a sacrificial anode material installing process to metallic-connect a sacrificial anode material 8 to a steel bar 3 exposed to a concrete removal part 6 and install and fix the sacrificial anode material 8 to the concrete removal part 6 or an existing concrete part using an ion exchangeable conductive material; and a waterproof process to cover the steel bar 3 and the sacrificial anode material 8 with a waterproof material after the sacrificial anode material installing process so that the steel bar and the sacrificial anode material are under the same environment. The simple repair method does not require a cross section repair using the sacrificial anode material 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡易的な修復で長期間コンクリート構造物の鉄筋腐食防止できる、犠牲陽極材を用いた断面修復を伴わない鉄筋コンクリートの簡易補修方法および簡易修復構造を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート除去部6に露出した鉄筋3に犠牲陽極材8を金属的に接続するとともに、イオン交換可能な導電性材料によりコンクリート除去部6または既存コンクリート部に犠牲陽極材8を設置固定する犠牲陽極材設置工程と、犠牲陽極材設置工程後に鉄筋3及び犠牲陽極材8が同一環境下となるように防水材で覆う防水工程とでからなる、犠牲陽極材8を用いた断面修復を伴わない鉄筋コンクリート構造物の簡易補修方法とした。【選択図】図3
