FIRING METHOD OF BURNING RAW MATERIAL, CYLINDRICAL FURNACE CORE PIPE USED FOR IT AND FIRING FURNACE WITH CYLINDRICAL FURNACE CORE PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firing method of burning raw material using an external heat type continuous firing furnace including a cylindrical furnace core pipe made of inorganic material capable of attaining a burnt product of stable quality without damaging the cylindrical furnace core pipe, and provide the cylindrical furnace core pipe used for it.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a firing method of burning raw material using an external heat type continuous firing furnace including a heater heating region 4 at an intermediate part between both ends of the cylindrical furnace core pipe 1 made of inorganic material in which the burning raw material supplied from a burning raw material outlet 3 installed at one end of the cylindrical furnace core pipe 1 to the inside of the cylindrical furnace core pipe 1 is burnt in the heater heating region 4 and fed out of a delivery port 5 for the burnt product installed at the other end of the cylindrical furnace core pipe 1. The cylindrical furnace core pipe 1 shows that the minimum thickness value of the cylindrical furnace core pipe 1 in a region 6 where the burnt product is adhered to the inner wall of the cylindrical furnace core pipe 1 is larger than the maximum thickness value of the cylindrical furnace core pipe 1 at a location where an absolute value of rate of change in thermal gradient at the time of burnt state becomes the maximum value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】無機材料製の円筒状炉芯管を備える外熱式の連続式焼成炉を用いた焼成原料の焼成方法において、円筒状炉芯管を破損させることなく、品質が安定した焼成物を得ることができる焼成原料の焼成方法、及びそれに用いる円筒状炉芯管の提供。【解決手段】無機材料製の円筒状炉芯管1の両端部の中間にヒータ加熱領域4がある外熱式の連続式焼成炉を用いて、円筒状炉芯管1の一端に備わる焼成原料供給口3から円筒状炉芯管1の内部に供給した焼成原料を前記ヒータ加熱領域4内で焼成し、焼成物を円筒状炉芯管1の他端に備わる焼成物送出口5より送出する、焼成原料の焼成方法であって、円筒状炉芯管1は、前記焼成物が円筒状炉芯管1の内壁に付着する領域6における円筒状炉芯管1の厚みの最小値が、前記焼成時の温度勾配の変化率の絶対値が最大になる箇所における円筒状炉芯管1の厚みの最大値より大きい焼成原料の焼成方法。【選択図】図1
