NARROW GAP INSPECTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a narrow gap inspection device that can photograph a wide range in a narrow gap with imaging means, and automatically detect fine cracks with high resolution.SOLUTION: A main body 4 has built therein an imaging unit 13 including a mirror 12 that reflects an inspection spot, illumination means 14, 14A for illuminating the inspection spot, and imaging means 11 for photographing the inspection spot reflected in the mirror 12. The main body 4 is formed to have a longitudinal direction and a width direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction larger than the thickness direction, has the mirror 12 provided inclined relative to the longitudinal direction, where the mirror 12 has a dimension in the width direction larger than the dimension in the longitudinal direction, and has a plurality of imaging units 13 arranged side by side in the width direction. A narrow gap inspection device includes a personal computer 93 as image processing means for connecting a plurality of images photographed with the plurality of imaging means 11 before detecting cracks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】撮像手段により狭隙間において広範囲に撮像することができるとともに、高解像度で微細なクラックを自動検出することができる狭隙間点検装置を提供する。【解決手段】本体4に、点検箇所を写すミラー12と、点検箇所を照明する照明手段14,14Aと、ミラー12に写した点検箇所を撮像する撮像手段11とを備えた撮像ユニット13を内蔵した。本体4は厚さ方向より長さ方向及びこの長さ方向に交差する幅方向に大きく形成され、ミラー12を長さ方向に対して斜設し、ミラー12は長さ方向の寸法より幅方向の寸法が大きく、撮像ユニット13を幅方向に複数並設した。複数の撮像手段11で撮像された複数の画像を結合した後にクラックを検出する画像処理手段としてのパーソナルコンピュータ93を備えた。【選択図】図7
