PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle opening/closing body control device to which operation input can be performed from any direction, a vehicle opening/closing body control method and a program.SOLUTION: A vehicle opening/closing body control device authenticates that a user is an authenticated vehicle owner as a result of mutual authentication between a transmitter-receiver mounted on a vehicle and a portable machine held by the user, forms a first display for detecting an operation intent and a second display having a continuous display form so as to surround the first display for detecting the approach direction of the user to the first display on a road surface with irradiation, detects the approach direction and retreat direction of the user to/from the first display by detecting the change position of return light with respect to the light forming the second display, stores the change position of the return light corresponding to the detected approach direction, determines whether or not the relation between the entrance direction and the retreat direction satisfies a predetermined condition on the basis of the stored change position of the return light and detected retreat direction, and controls the opening/closing body of the vehicle into the opened state when the relation satisfies the predetermined condition and the return light from the first display changes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
【課題】どの方向からでも操作入力が可能な車両開閉体制御装置、車両開閉体制御方法およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】車両に搭載された送受信機とユーザが所有する携帯機との相互認証の結果、ユーザが正規の車両所有者であると認証し、操作意思を検知する第１の表示と第１の表示を囲むように連続した表示形態をなし、ユーザの第１の表示に対する接近方向を検出するための第２の表示とを路面上に照射により形成する。また、第２の表示を形成する光に対する戻り光の変化位置を検知して、ユーザの第１の表示に対する接近方向と退避方向とを検出し、検出した接近方向に対応した戻り光の変化位置を記憶し、記憶した戻り光の変化位置と検出した退避方向とから進入方向と退避方向との関係が予め定めた条件を満たすか否かを判定する。そして、予め定めた条件を満たし、かつ、第１の表示からの戻り光が変化したときに、車両の開閉体を開状態に制御する。【選択図】図１５
