POLLUTION PREVENTION FENCE DEVICE AND EXTENSION METHOD FOR THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a pollution prevention fence extension operation and a curtain suspension operation to be safely performed on land without dependence on a ship and a diver.SOLUTION: A pollution prevention fence device includes a fence body 20, and a binding mechanism 30 capable of binding the fence body 20. The binding mechanism 30 comprises a plurality of binding bands 40 that are externally attached at intervals along the fence body 20, and an operation rope 50 that can be arranged astride the plurality of binding bands. The operation rope 50 is inserted through overlapping parts of both ends of the binding band 40 or extracted from them so that both the ends of the binding band 40 can be connected to each other or disconnected from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
