CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR HEAT INSULATION FOUNDATION AND HEAT INSULATION FORM SUPPORT USED FOR CONSTRUCTING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method which, when constructing a heat insulation foundation comprising: foundation concrete which has a base section and an erection section formed into a vertically erected batten plate and is placed on leveling concrete; and heat insulation forms which are respectively connected to both sides of the erection section of the foundation concrete, enables concrete for the base section and the erection section to be concurrently placed and thereby achieving work saving, shortening of a construction period and a reduction in a construction cost and significantly reduces a risk of water leak by avoiding formation of a placing joint between the base section and the erection section of the foundation concrete.SOLUTION: A support M which supports at least one of heat insulation forms K1 above leveling concrete S before foundation concrete C is placed, comprises: a support post T vertically erected from the leveling concrete S; a form holding body H where the heat insulation form may be placed thereon with a lower section of the heat insulation form connected thereto; and a height adjustment mechanism which enables the form holding body H to be connected to and supported by the support post T in a manner that makes a height of the support post T adjustable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ベース部及び該ベース部より鉛直に起立する帯板状の立ち上がり部を有して捨てコンクリート上に敷設される基礎コンクリートと、その基礎コンクリートの立ち上がり部両側にそれぞれ接合される断熱型枠とを備えた断熱基礎の施工に当たり、基礎コンクリートのベース部及び立ち上がり部の一発打設を可能として、作業の省力化や工期短縮、コスト節減を達成し、併せて基礎コンクリートのベース部及び立ち上がり部の間に打ち継ぎが形成されないようにして水漏れのリスクを大幅に軽減する施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】基礎コンクリートCの打設前の捨てコンクリートS上に少なくとも一方の断熱型枠K1を支持する支持具Mが、捨てコンクリートS上より鉛直に起立する支持束Tと、断熱型枠の下部を載置、連結し得る型枠保持体Hと、この型枠保持体Hを支持束Tに高さ調節可能に連結、支持させる高さ調節機構とを備える。【選択図】図3
