GUSSASPHALT FINISHER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gussasphalt finisher which solves a problem with unequal distribution and consumption of an asphalt mixture and thereby enabling the asphalt mixture to be efficiently consumed.SOLUTION: A gussasphalt finisher 10 comprises: a screw conveyor device 14 which conveys a gussasphalt mixture to a screw spreader 15; a screed 16 to spread and level the gussasphalt mixture; a left-and-right pair of troughs 22 and 22 extended in a longitudinal direction of the gussasphalt finisher 10; a left-and-right pair of screw feeders 23 and 23 respectively installed on the left-and-right pair of troughs 22 and 22; and a storage section with four sides, in front, behind, left and right, thereof shielded by plates so as to store the gussasphalt mixture with high fluidity in front of the left-and-right pair of troughs 22 and 22. The storage section has a separation cover 24 which is provided with a cut-out section 25 at a front edge section thereof and separates the left-and-right pair of troughs 22 and 22. A height of the cut-out section 25 is lower than outer peripheries of the screw feeders 23 and 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】合材の片残りの問題を解決し、合材を効率良く消費できるようにするグースアスファルトフィニッシャを提供する。【解決手段】グースアスファルトフィニッシャ１０は、グース合材をスクリュースプレッダ１５まで搬送するスクリューコンベア装置１４と、グース合材を敷き均すスクリード１６と、機体の前後方向に延伸する左右１対のトラフ２２、２２と、左右１対のトラフ２２、２２内にそれぞれ設けた左右１対のスクリューフィーダ２３、２３と、左右１対のトラフ２２、２２の前方にて、流動性の高いグース合材を溜めるように前後左右の四方をプレートで遮蔽した貯留部と、を備える。貯留部内において、前端部に切欠部２５が形成された左右１対のトラフ２２、２２間を仕切る仕切りカバー２４が設けられ、切欠部２５の高さはスクリューフィーダ２３の外周よりも低い。【選択図】図３
