PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape for preventing the deposition of aquatic organisms, the tape capable of exhibiting an excellent preventive effect against the deposition of not only aquatic animals such as acorn barnacles but also aquatic plants.SOLUTION: An adhesive tape 100 for preventing the deposition of aquatic organisms includes an antifouling layer 2 and an adhesive layer 4. In the adhesive tape 100 for preventing the deposition of aquatic organisms, the antifouling layer 2 includes a silicone resin, a silicone oil and an algicidal agent. The initial exit velocity of the algicidal agent from the antifouling layer 2 is 4.5-61 μg/(cmday) when immersed in seawater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
