METALLIC HOLDER FITTING FOR WOODEN HORIZONTAL MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic holder fitting for wooden horizontal members, which: can be disassembled into a first metallic fitting and a second metallic fitting; can save the space during the transportation from factories to site, and when storing on site; and can easily be aligned during the assembly, making the site works efficient.SOLUTION: A metallic holder fitting 40 consists of a first metallic fitting 1 which is to hold a sleeper, and a second metallic fitting 20 which, being connected with the first metallic fitting, is to be secured on a sill 45. The first metallic fitting 1 consists of a horizontal plate 2 and a vertical plate 4. The vertical plate 4 has a step 8 at the distance H10 from its top end, and has its top part horizontally moved outward by the distance L10, to form a joint part 10 which comprises connection protrusions 12. The second metallic fitting 20 is L-shaped comprising a link plate 21 and a fix plate 28, both of which are made of a band material with the thickness of t2 (=L10) and the width of L2 (=H10). Through holes 26 are formed in the tip part of the link plate 21, while fixing through holes 29 are formed on the fix plate 28. The tip part of the link plate 21 of the second metallic fitting 20 is attached to the joint part 10 of the first metallic fitting 1 with the connection protrusions being loosely engaged with the through holes 26, to construct the metallic holder fitting 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】第一金物と第二金物に分解でき、工場から現場への搬送、現場での保管などでスペースを省略でき、組み立て時も位置合わせが容易であり現場作業を効率化できる。【解決手段】受け金物40は、大引きを受ける第一金物1と、これと連結して土台45に接合する第二金物20とからなる。第一金物1は横板2と縦板4とからなり、縦板4の上端から距離H10の位置に段差部8を形成して、上端部を距離L10だけ外側に平行移動させて、接合凸部12を有する連結部10とする。第二金物20は、厚さt2(=L10)で幅L2(=H10)の帯材から、連結板21と固定板28とからなるL字状に形成し、連結板21の先端部に貫通孔26を形成し、固定板28に固定透孔29を形成する。第一金物1の連結部10に、第二金物20の連結板21の先端部を重ね、接合凸部を貫通孔26に緩く嵌合して、受け金物40とする。【選択図】図1
