PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance structure for each residential unit of a housing complex, the entrance structure having an entrance door and a natural lighting window configured integrally in a compact and neat contour.SOLUTION: An entrance structure 1 is for each residential unit of a housing complex comprising a fireproof building, and includes: an opening 2a for entrance/exit on an entrance part exterior wall 2 aligned with a foyer 102a of a residential unit 102; an opening 2b for natural lighting; an entrance door 3 made of an iron plate installed at the opening 2a for entrance/exit; a natural lighting window 4 installed on the opening 2b for natural lighting, the natural lighting window including a glass plate 41 for natural lighting and a metallic frame component part 42; and a decorative plate 5 installed between the entrance door 3 and the natural lighting window 4 on at least one of an outer surface side and an inner surface side of the entrance part exterior wall 2, the decorative plate being formed such that the entrance door 3 and the natural lighting window 4 create an integrated contour.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】玄関ドアと採光窓とが一体的でかつコンパクトなすっきりした形状を呈することになる集合住宅における各住戸の玄関の構造を提供することを課題としている。【解決手段】耐火建築物からなる集合住宅における各住戸の玄関の構造１であり、各住戸１０２の玄関室１０２ａに対応する玄関部外壁２には入出用開口部２ａと、採光用開口部２ｂを設け、入出用開口部２ａには鉄板を用いた玄関ドア３を設置し、採光用開口部２ｂには採光用のガラス板４１及び金属枠構成部４２を有する採光窓４を設置し、玄関部外壁２における外面側及び内面側のうち少なくとも一方の面側には玄関ドア３と採光窓４との間に当該玄関ドア３と採光窓４とが一体的な形状を呈することとなるように形成した化粧板５を設置すべく構成している。【選択図】図１
