TIE SHOULDER CUTTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tie shoulder cutter that does not require an experienced skill for cutting a protruded part of a shoulder, and enables cutting work to be performed in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A tie shoulder cutter includes: a saw body 11 for cutting a protruded part 3a of a tie shoulder 3 with a belt-form band saw 11a between a pair of band saw support parts 12, 12, by rotating the band saw 11a; the pair of band saw support parts 12 fitted on the saw body by being separated by a width of the protruded part 3a of the tie shoulder 3, to pass the protruded part 3a of the tie shoulder 3 therebetween; a pair of tapered rollers 13 fitted respectively on an undersurface side of the pair of band saw support parts 12, the tapered rollers pushing down the band saw 11a between the pair of band saw support parts 12, 12 lower than other parts of the band saw, such that the protruded part 3a of the tie shoulder 3 comes in contact with the band saw 11a and the band saw 11a does not come in contact with a top surface of a sleeper 2 at parts other than the part in contact with the protruded part 3a of the tie shoulder 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ショルダーの突出部分の切断作業に熟練が必要でなく、かつ、その切断作業を短時間で行うことができるタイショルダー切断機を提供すること。【解決手段】ベルト状の帯ノコ１１ａを回転させて一対の帯ノコ支持部１２，１２間の帯ノコ１１ａでタイショルダー３の突出部分３ａを切断するノコギリ本体１１と、ノコギリ本体にタイショルダー３の突出部分３ａの幅だけ離間されて装着され、その間をタイショルダー３の突出部分３ａを通す一対の帯ノコ支持部１２と、一対の帯ノコ支持部１２の下面側にそれぞれ設けられ、タイショルダー３の突出部分３ａに帯ノコ１１ａが当り、かつ、タイショルダー３の突出部分３ａ以外では帯ノコ１１ａがマクラギ２上面に当らないように一対の帯ノコ支持部１１，１１間の帯ノコ１１ａを、その間以外よりも押し下げる一対のテーパーローラー１３とを有する。【選択図】図１
