CONNECTION METHOD FOR COUNTER AND SINK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method between a counter and a sink that removes air bubble in an adhesive using non-contacting means, prevents leaking of the adhesive to a designed surface side of the counter and the sink, thereby reducing defective products, and also curtailing tact time.SOLUTION: A connection method between a counter and a sink is for integrally connecting a folded piece 22 of a sink 2 on an inner peripheral edge 11 of an opening of a counter 1 using a liquid adhesive 3, and includes: a first step in which the counter 1 and the sink 2 are turned upside down for placing the folded piece 22 of the sink 2 and the inner peripheral edge 11 of the counter 1 opposite each other with a gap 4 in between, and closing a bottom end of the gap 4 with a base jig 5 formed of a porous material 50, thus forming a groove-form gap 41 that opens only in an upward direction; and a second step in which the adhesive 3 is injected into the groove-form gap 41 from an adhesive injection nozzle 6 and an undersurface 51 of the base jig 5 is suctioned using suction means 7, thus removing air bubble A formed in the adhesive 3 injected into the groove-form gap 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】非接触的な手段を用いて接着剤内の気泡を除去し、カウンターおよびシンクの意匠面側への接着剤の漏れ出しを抑制して製品不良を低減させ、かつタクトタイムを短縮するカウンターとシンクの接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】カウンター１の開口部の内周縁１１にシンク２の折り返し片２２を液状の接着剤３を介して一体的に接合するカウンターとシンクの接合方法において、カウンター１とシンク２とを上下反転させて、カウンター１の内周縁１１とシンク２の折り返し片２２とを隙間４を空けて対向配置し、かつ隙間４の下端を多孔質材料５０から形成されたベース治具５にて閉鎖することで上方のみに開放された溝状隙間４１を形成する第１工程と、接着剤注入ノズル６から溝状隙間４１内に接着剤３を注入し、かつ吸引手段７によりベース治具５の下面５１を吸引することにより、溝状隙間４１内に注入された接着剤３内に発生する気泡Ａを除去する第２工程とを備える。【選択図】図１
