REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE OF EXISTING BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure of an existing building, for dispensing with extension of a foundation proper to the reinforcement structure, capable of aseismically reinforcing only an optional storey in the existing building, and hardly causing large drawing force caused by the eccentric bending moment actable on an aseismatic reinforcement structure, when aseismically reinforcing an outer wall surface of the existing building having an overhang part on the outer wall surface.SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure 100 of an existing building comprises a reinforcement frame 10 for interposing an earthquake-proof member 12 in a frame material 11 installed so as to surround an overhang part T in an outer wall surface of the existing building B having the overhang part T on the outer wall surface, a vertical truss material 30 and a horizontal truss material 20 for connecting the reinforcement frame 10 and the outer wall surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】外壁面に張出し部を備える既存建物の該外壁面の耐震補強に際し、補強構造体に固有の基礎の増設を不要とし、既存建物における任意の階層のみを耐震補強することができ、さらには、耐震補強構造に作用し得る偏心曲げモーメントに伴う大きな引抜力が生じ難い既存建物の補強構造体を提供すること。【解決手段】外壁面に張出し部Tを備える既存建物Bの外壁面において、張出し部Tを包囲するようにして設置される、枠材11に制震部材12が介層された補強フレーム10と、補強フレーム10と外壁面を繋ぐ鉛直トラス材30および水平トラス材20とを備えている既存建物の補強構造体100である。【選択図】図2
