PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce restraints imposed by weight of a demolition system, in building work for advancing demolition of the building from an upper floor to a lower floor while lowering a roof.SOLUTION: A demolition system 10 includes: a temporary column 20 to which a plurality of column materials 21 are detachably connected, which is inserted through an opening 4 formed in a slab 3 of a building 1, and which supports a roof 12; a trestle 34 which is installed on a foundation slab 5 to support the column material 21 in a height position higher by one step than the lowermost position; and a jack 32 which is installed on the foundation slab 5 to hoist/lower the column materials 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根を降下させながら上階から下階へと建物の解体を進める建物工事における、解体システムの重量による制約を低減する。【解決手段】解体システム１０は、複数の柱材２１が着脱可能に接続されてなり、建物１のスラブ３に形成された開口４に挿通され、屋根１２を支持する仮設柱２０と、基礎スラブ５の上に設置されて最下位の一段上の高さに位置する柱材２１を支持する架台３４と、基礎スラブ５の上に設置されて柱材２１を昇降させるジャッキ３２とを備える。【選択図】図１
