PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound proof panel capable of saving a troublesome work to replace a front plate and preventing deterioration of appearance.SOLUTION: A sound proof panel (100) prevents noises generated by a noise source from spreading. The sound proof panel comprises: a sound absorption part (1), whose front side faces to the noise source; a rear wall part (21) disposed on a rear side of the sound absorption part; a storage part (2), which stores the sound absorption part in a state where the front side of the sound absorption part is exposed; an upper supporting part (3), which is installed on an upper part of the storage part and supports the upper part of the sound absorption part; a lower supporting part (4), which is installed on a lower part of the storage part and supports the lower part of the sound absorption part; and a side wall part (5) installed on a side part of the storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
