PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower which is installed at an opening of a manhole and facilitates an entrance and an exit of a worker and carrying in and out of goods and to provide a ventilation system of a pipe conduit using the blower.SOLUTION: The blower has a frame body and one or a plurality of air flow generation means installed on the frame body. A direction of an air flow generated by the air flow generation means is adjusted so that the same flows along a virtual axis which penetrates a virtual plane with a peripheral border thereof defined by the frame body. The blower is adapted to generate an air volume more than twice a total flow rate of the air flow generated by the air flow generation means by enabling the air flow to entrain air around the virtual axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作業者の出入りあるいは物品の搬出入が容易な、人孔開口部に設置する送風機を提供する。当該送風機を用いた管渠内の換気システムを提供する。【解決手段】枠体と、前記枠体に配置された単一または複数の気流発生手段と、を有し、前記気流発生手段から発生した気流が、前記枠体を周辺とする仮想面を貫く仮想軸に沿って流れるよう、前記気流の方向が調整され、前記気流が前記仮想軸の周辺の空気を巻き込んで流れることで、前記気流の総流量の２倍を超える風量を発生する送風機を提供する。【選択図】図１
